John Lo
John is a dual qualified solicitor in Hong Kong (2008) and England and Wales (2010) with 15 years of experience to advise on a variety of corporate finance matters for private and quoted clients ranging from startups, SMEs to MNCs, including equity and debt issues as well as complex onshore and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
John also advises on a broad spectrum of commercial law, such as commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employee incentive schemes and share charges.
Before moving to the UK in March 2023, John had been a partner of a leading middle-sized law firm with more than 25 fee earners and over 70 staff members based in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
John is trilingual – he can speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
