Shannen Sinclair
As a litigation and dispute resolution solicitor, Shannen specialises in achieving positive outcomes in civil disputes – whether that’s resolving complex probate and Inheritance Act claims, freeholder and leaseholder issues, or property disputes. With a solid commercial and litigation background, she handles a wide range of matters, from individual contract disputes to family estates and business partnership issues.
Before moving into general litigation, Shannen worked as a specialist personal injury solicitor, handling complex claims involving fractures, brain and spinal injuries, permanent scarring, and other life-changing conditions. She built a strong track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients in often challenging circumstances. While her current practice is broader, she continues to take on personal injury matters where appropriate.
