Matt Moorton did a fantastic job tightening up our staff contracts and handbook to improve our confidentiality and intellectual property clauses. The language used in our new social media policy and the introductory letter struck the perfect balance of being both firm yet friendly.

Andreea Rusu from JLN did an excellent job on getting our SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance and the compliance statements. She is very detail oriented and knows the process very well and asks all the right questions. We got the Advance Assurance in a record two weeks and the compliance statements in almost the same time. I highly recommend Andreea and overall The Jonathan Lea Network.

I was introduced to Jonathan Lea Network when I was starting up my new business around 18 months ago. I have been working with Callum Ritchie, primarily for the duration of this time. I have been absolutely thrilled with the level of detail and help he has given me in getting everything shares and compliance related solved. I would not hesitate to recommend Callum Ritchie and Jonathan Lea Network. We will be continuing to use them for a long time to come. Brilliant company! Callum is an asset to the network!

We used The Jonathan Lea Network to get us out of a what initially seemed an impossible situation with a poorly written unfair B2B contract. What can i say other than i was extremely impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.Andreea was absolutely lovely to deal with, very efficient and it is clear that she really does care about your situation. After just a few extremely well written letters from Andreea we settled on something we have been trying to do ourselves for over a year.

Our company recently received advance assurance for EIS/SEIS from HMRC after working with the Jonathan Lea Network for the application process. We specifically chose JLN due to them having had specific experience with our niche (film and TV production company), and working with Callum Ritchie we received approval in a relatively short timeframe considering the challenges of 2020. Through detailed and succinct correspondence we were successful after just one exchange of follow-up questions with HMRC, and we would definitely recommend these guys for anyone else seeking EIS/SEIS assurance, especially with the specific challenges presented by being a film/TV production company.
