We are excited to announce Matt Moorton has joined our retained team at our head office in Haywards Heath. Matt is another of our two-week work experience placement students who impressed us and we are thrilled to have him onboard as the second full-time paralegal we have hired in the last two months.

Abi Bennett joins The Jonathan Lea Network team

Abi Bennett has joined The Jonathan Lea Network as Paralegal and Finance Assistant. Abi will be supporting the firm’s solicitors, trainee solicitors and consultants and also providing debt claim advisory and litigation services for our clients.

Simon Brooks, along with Jonathan Lea, helped us secure certification for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), which we needed to do retrospectively and without having obtained pre-approval.This was not a straightforward application, and I am sure we could not have achieved HMRC approval so smoothly without their attention to detail, forensic analysis of our application, and encyclopaedic knowledge of the scheme rules. Simon also tidied up our historic filings with Companies House quickly and efficiently. Simon and Jonathan did a first-class job.
