Andrew Haimdas is a Corporate Solicitor at The Jonathan Lea Network, specialising in corporate and commercial law, with experience across both transactional matters and business-related disputes.

Andrew advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and fundraising rounds, employee share incentive schemes, corporate reorganisations, and corporate governance. In addition to his transactional work, Andrew has experience advising on corporate and commercial disputes, particularly those arising from shareholder relationships, business ownership, and contractual arrangements.
