Alice Roseman
Alice is the Practice Manager at the Jonathan Lea Network, overseeing the operational and strategic management of the firm. She works closely with Jonathan and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of all business functions, including compliance, HR, IT, accounts, recruitment, and administration.
With a career spanning over two decades supporting senior executives across professional services, creative industries, and international organisations, Alice brings extensive experience in executive support, project management, and business operations. Her background includes senior roles at OC&C Strategy Consultants, Janus Capital International, and Estee Lauder Companies, as well as founding her own business, Ask Alice VPA, which provides high-level virtual assistant and lifestyle management services to a range of clients and companies.
At JLN, Alice’s strengths lie in her ability to manage people and processes with precision, empathy, and creativity. She is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, fostering team development, and managing firm-wide initiatives, from office refurbishments and company events to system improvements and onboarding.
