Since starting at the beginning of 2013 we have built up a client base of over 500 organisations and individuals we have acted for. Most clients are UK based, although we also have many abroad, including Dubai, France, Ukraine, Philippines, United States, Spain, Poland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bahrain, India, South Africa and Switzerland.

We mostly act for the owners and managers of private companies, as well as investors. On occasion we find ourselves advising larger public companies.

We have particular expertise in representing technology startups (across a range of sectors including fintech, adtech, proptech, lawtech), ecommerce and SaaS businesses, digital marketing agencies, software developers, TV personalities, funds, commodity traders, bricks and mortar family businesses, professional services firms and recruitment consultancies.
