Jamie Salvidge

Jamie Salvidge is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in all aspects of residential property and conveyancing, with over 20 years’ qualified experience.

Jamie previously co-founded SO Legal and helped grow the firm across several offices. During his time there, he held senior responsibility for residential property services and was the Managing Director.

Jamie advises private individuals, property investors, landlords and developers on a wide range of residential property transactions. His experience includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, shared ownership, new-build properties and lease extensions.

Over the course of his career, Jamie has developed strong relationships with estate agents, financial advisers and others working across the property sector. He takes a proactive and practical approach to conveyancing, with a focus on clear communication and progressing transactions as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
