Beth Reed

Beth is a first-class law graduate with a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in several areas of law. She holds an LLB in Law with Criminology from
the University of Brighton and has recently completed an LLM in Legal Practice at The University of Law. She is currently preparing for the SQE1 examinations while
developing her legal knowledge at The Jonathan Lea Network, building her understanding of core areas of legal practice.

As part of her LLM Professional Practice Report, Beth examined Employment Law in a practical context, focusing on flexible working arrangements and the
commercial implications of legislative change for employers. Through her postgraduate studies, she also developed key legal skills in research, writing, and
drafting. With over five years of customer service experience, Beth brings strong organisational and communication skills to her role.

Outside of work Beth enjoys reading classic literature, going to the theatre, spending time with friends and family and keeping active at the gym.

Recent work

Beth was a key member of her University’s Law Society, where she supported the
development of events aimed at inspiring the next generation of solicitors and
facilitating network opportunities with legal professionals across the Sussex
region.
