Beth Reed and Fatim Khan Promoted to Trainee Solicitors

We are delighted to announce that Beth Reed and Fatim Khan have both been promoted from Paralegal to Trainee Solicitor at The Jonathan Lea Network, with effect from 1 July 2026.
This is a thoroughly well-deserved next step for them both and reflects the hard work, commitment and high standard of work they have consistently delivered since joining the firm.
Beth and Fatim have each made an excellent impression during their time as paralegals, demonstrating strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to supporting clients and colleagues across the firm. Their progression to trainee solicitor roles is a fantastic achievement and marks an exciting new stage in their legal careers.
Beth achieved this milestone within five months of joining the firm, with Fatim following shortly afterwards within six months. Their performance reflects not only their individual talent and dedication, but also the firm’s continued commitment to recognising and developing junior lawyers who perform to a consistently high standard.
The promotions also reflect the continued growth of the firm and the strength of the opportunities available to junior lawyers within The Jonathan Lea Network. As the firm continues to welcome new paralegals and expand its team, Beth and Fatim’s progression demonstrates the career development pathway available to those who show the right combination of ability, commitment and consistent performance.
We are very proud to support Beth and Fatim as they begin their training contracts and look forward to seeing them continue to develop and thrive with the firm.
