
Alexandra Pagu
Alexandra is a paralegal at The Jonathan Lea Network, working closely with the Dispute Resolution department.
She holds a First Class LLB (Hons) in law and received an Award of Excellence in recognition of her academic achievements. Alexandra is currently studying a Masters in General Legal Practice, focusing on areas such as Employment law, Family law, and Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, and she intends to qualify as a solicitor via the SQE route.
She has practical criminal defence experience gained in both a law firm and within a prison environment, which has strengthened her resilience, client care skills and understanding of the justice system. In addition, Alexandra has a pharmacy background.

Recently, Alexandra assisted the parents of an individual detailed under section 2 of the Mental Health Act 1983 by drafting detailed representations to the hospital
to support an appropriate referral and care plan. Her combined medical and criminal law background enabled her to understand the situation from multiple perspectives and to work strategically towards achieving the client’s objectives.
