
Munoyo Ikomi
Munoyo is a corporate and commercial solicitor who advises founders, SMEs and scaling businesses on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements,
company law and commercial contracts. Her experience spans the business lifecycle, from establishing appropriate contractual and governance frameworks
to acquisitions, disposals and post-completion integration.
Munoyo is also the founder of Seamless Studios, a FashionTech venture focused on modernising custom and made-to-order fashion. This complements her legal
practice and gives her first-hand insight into the commercial realities of building and scaling a technology-enabled business.
