JLN Continues To Expand!
Following our continued success and recent growth The Jonathan Lea Network are pleased to announce the recruitment of four new full-time members of staff.
Eloise Keyte
Joining the team at the Haywards Heath office is Trust and Estates Practitioner Eloise Keyte who has over 10 years of wills and probate experience. Over the last few years Eloise has grown her own client base while working as a consultant. We are delighted that she has now chosen to join us on an employed basis so as to better develop her private client practice.
Johannes Gottschalk
We have already hired experienced paralegal Johannes Gottschalk to work exclusively with Eloise and we believe the combination of Eloise’s excellent reputation and the support JLN can provide her will mean she can quickly grow our wills and probate department.
SzeChze Tey
Further expanding our busy litigation team is dual qualified (Malaysia and England & Wales) solicitor SzeChze Tey. SzeChze has built up almost 10 years of contentious legal experience, advising on a broad array of civil and commercial disputes, particularly those involving land.
Gemma Summerton
Finally, we have recently hired Gemma Summerton as a paralegal to support our solicitors across the firm’s practice areas. Gemma had a pervious career in international marketing and management and will now be combining her full-time job here with part time law studies at Brighton University. It is hoped that she will eventually qualify as a solicitor with us.
The latest recruitment takes the total number of full-time staff to 23 employees, while we have also grown a network of 18 consultant solicitors who work remotely on a fee share basis and who often work closely with our employed team in Haywards Heath.
With our recent success and the increased demand for our services, we are on track to at least double our annual revenue in 2023. This bodes very well for the future, not least because it is particularly unusual for law firms to grow organically this way other than through acquisition.
